The Philadelphia Water, Sewer and Storm Water Rate Board will hold public hearings in the 2023 General Rate Proceeding on Wednesday, March 22 and Thursday, Maat 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm both days. All hearings are open to the public and will be conducted remotely via Zoom (internet or phone).
